What We're Looking For
Every piece we publish — guest post or otherwise — goes through the same editorial standard. Here's what we expect:
We Accept
- • Original content not published anywhere else
- • Articles between 1,200 and 2,500 words
- • Well-structured pieces with clear headings and subheadings
- • Content backed by real experience, data, or industry knowledge
- • Practical, actionable writing that adds genuine value to our readers
- • Proper grammar and clean, readable English
We Do Not Accept
- • Content that has been published elsewhere (including your own blog)
- • Thin, generic, or AI-generated content
- • Heavily promotional or sales-driven articles
- • Content outside our core hospitality and home living niche
- • Articles with excessive outbound links
How to Submit Your Pitch
We keep the process simple. Here's how it works:
Step 1 — Send Us Your Pitch
Email us at partnerships@hospitalityaxis.com with the subject line: "Guest Post Pitch — [Your Topic]"
Include the following in your email:
• Your proposed article title
• A brief outline or summary (5–8 lines is enough)
• 2–3 lines about yourself and your hospitality background
• Links to 1–2 writing samples (your own blog, LinkedIn articles, or published pieces)
Step 2 — We'll Get Back to You
We review every pitch and respond within 24 hours .
Step 3 — Submit Your Article
If your pitch is approved, we'll share our full submission guidelines and next steps via email.

- • We reserve the right to decline any submission that does not meet our editorial standards
- • Submitting a pitch does not guarantee publication
